Ashley Curling, soprano​​​​​​​
Ashley Curling is a native of Roswell, Georgia and studied vocal performance in Opera at the esteemed Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University under opera legend and renowned voice professor Virginia Zeani.  
Ms. Curling has been seen as soprano soloist in concert works and in leading roles of opera performances across the U.S. and Europe, most often in works by Mozart, Verdi, Wagner, Strauss, and Puccini.  During her tenure in New York City, she appeared with New York Lyric Opera, Venture Opera, and Loft Opera and her young artist experience ranges from Aspen Music Festival to singing the title role in Puccini’s Suor Angelica in the Dolomite Mountains of Italy with the Trentino Music Festival.  
Favorite roles performed include Mozart’s Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, the Marschallin in Strauss’s Der Rosenkavalier, Desdemona in Verdi’s Otello and Susannah in Carlisle Floyd’s American Opera Susannah. 
She has received numerous awards for her singing from prestigious international vocal competitions such as the Metropolitan Opera National Council, the Wagner Society of New York, Violetta Dupont, Metropolitan International, New York Lyric Opera, and Mary Jacobs Singer of the Year.  
Ashley is a proud auntie to Avery, Emmy, Coco, and Liam and now resides in Roswell with her two cats - Joey and Chandler.   She has served as a board member for Roswell Arts Fund for several years and is a passionate advocate for public art.
